THERE IS A GOOD SIDE TO EVERY SITUATION.

An optimist sees the opportunity in every calamity. A pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity. The optimist sees the doughnut, the pessimist the hole. To find success become an optimist.
Learn to develop success from any failure.
Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success. No elements can do so much for you if you are willing to study them and make them work for you.
View every problem you have as an opportunity. Everything depends on the way you look at things.

What happens to you is less significant than what happens inside you. Recognize that all things are difficult before they are easy.
You reveal yourself to the world by your behavior. What you do and say, tells everyone all that you are.
The thoughts you have chosen have brought you to where you are today. Change your thoughts and you change your actions. Change your actions and you are on the road to success.
You can preach a better sermon with your life than with your lips.

TO WIN, YOU MUST BEGIN.
-------------------------------------
Create a definite plan for carrying out your desires and begin at once. Put your plan into action, whether you are ready or not. You must take the first step as soon as possible. The first step will take some effort, perhaps pain. But after that, everything that has to be done is real -- life movement. Once you're moving you can keep moving.
If you can get up the courage to begin,
you have the courage to succeed.
It is impossible to win the race unless you venture to run. Your only true failure will be your failure to start. It's been said that eighty per cent of success is showing up. Winning starts with beginning.

BIG THINKING PRECEDES BIG ACHIEVEMENT.
-------------------------------------
Your limits are all in your mind.
What you envision you can do, you can do. Start thinking of yourself as a success. Success is a state of mind.
High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation. In the long run, you'll always hit what you aim at. So why not aim high?
Believe in yourself.
Know in your heart, that you can do the job you've set out to do.
Always remember,
You can, because you think you can.

YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHANCE.
-------------------------------------
You have the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you as soon as you change your beliefs.
If you did all the things you are capable of doing, you
would literally amaze yourself.
You know what you are today,
but not what you may become tomorrow.
Look at things as you want them to be,
and then make those things happen.
You don't know what you can do until you try.
You can do anything you wish to do,
have anything you wish to have,
be anything you wish to be.
Never say never.

The only place where your dream becomes impossible is in your own thinking. --Robert H. Schuller
The first requisite for success is the ability to apply your physical and mental energies to one problem incessantly without growing weary. --Thomas A. Edison
Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words, they become actions; watch you actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become character; watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. --Frank Outlaw
Nothing worthwhile comes easily. Half effort does not produce half results, it produces no results. Work, continuous work and hard work, is the only way to accomplish the results that last. --Hamilton Holt
When faced with a mountain, I will not quit. I will keep on striving until I climb over, find a pass through, tunnel underneath--or simply stay and turn the mountain into a miracle, with God's help!
You cannot build character and courage by taking away a person's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves. --Abraham Lincoln, 1861.
DESIRE IS THE FIRE OF LIFE.
-------------------------------------
If you want something badly enough,
you are sure to get it.
If you are willing to pay the price,
your circumstances will change.
Your reality will form around your commitment to succeed. Your desires will in time externalize themselves into concrete fact.
Obstacles don't matter very much.
Pain or other circumstances can be there. But if you want to do something bad enough, you'll find a way to
get it done. The key to your success is desire.
You only have to love a thing greatly to get it.

IT'S POSSIBLE TO LIVE YOUR DREAMS.
-------------------------------------
Visualize in your mind what you want.
See it, feel it, taste it, believe in it. Make your
mental blue print, and begin to build.
Your mind is your mental workshop.
You can build anything in it that you want.
The beginning of success is always in your
imagination. First think about what you want.
Then organize your thoughts into definitive plans.
Next it's time to transform your thoughts into
reality by taking some positive action.
First visualize, then actualize your success.

Every worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery
and triumph; a beginning, a struggle, and a victory.

We need to practice confidence every day. One of the best ways to do this
is
to keep your conscience clean.
The power of your conscience is enormous.
It
can lead you straight to your inevitable victory over destructive eating.
Harness the power of your conscience by doing what you know is right for you
-- following your eating plan and exercising for weight loss. Your self-confidence will grow and you will free yourself of guilt, which erodes
self-confidence. When you gain confidence, other people will reflect confidence back to you.
Today, mobilize the power of your conscience to build confidence. Rid yourself of guilt by doing what is right for you.
